Finishing it before your intro chat is the fastest path through the process, and it makes that first conversation about your actual work instead of your résumé.
What it is: a ~2-hour build on a synthetic dataset (a GitHub repo plus data). You build a customer-health view (who's at risk, who's ready to expand), then write the outreach to act on it and design the automation that would send it. Build with Claude Code or whatever you work with; we want to see how you use AI. You have a week to return it, but the build itself is a hard 2-hour box. We care about prioritization, not polish.
